Who We Are

Who We Are

Our Mission

Advancing Youth Development

We founded Future International with the mission to acknowledge the reality of young people, and involve them as collaborators, leaders and volunteers in areas of social and economic development.

We think of it as a way to implement co-leadership, and co-design frameworks, and bring policies to real life. The challenges we are facing, such education, employment, climate change, poverty, peace and security make it very difficult to understand the local needs. Thus, the development of decisions and policies made today will directly impact youth in future.

We advocate for the rights of children and young people, and strengthen their representation in the decision-making process, provide programs of learning and development by creating an diverse, equal and inclusive platform in standing up for their civic right.

Our Vision

The Future Ahead

We need a stronger political will and policy support for structured dialogue to empower youth and young people at all levels (local, national, and international).

We need a provision of services targeted towards children and youth to support learning and development.

We need youth civic engagement to actively shape the democratic society and raise awareness about issues impacting youth.

We need a stronger youth leadership and provide a variety of youth leadership programs and advocacy training at the highest levels of global diplomacy.

We need a better equal, diverse, and inclusive society for youth expression and to stand up for what they find important.
